If you’re local, you may have seen this home renovation in Lacock, Wiltshire in the flesh!

These progress photos really show the scale of the project – and while it might not fit in with the gorgeous countryside surrounding it at the moment, it soon will. We can’t wait to update with more pictures of this amazing build once the scaffolding and MonoFlex is gone!

The required internal demolition is now complete – we’ve removed internal walls and created new door openings in preparation for the next stage of the ongoing internal structural works. We’re currently insulating the ground floor and incorporating an airtight layer in preparation for the installation of underfloor heating.

Externally, the roof tiles are currently being removed so we can make a start on the alterations. These tiles will be reused for the ‘new’ roof with sustainability in mind. This also supports our wider waste management strategy, where we’ve utilised the services of Wiltshire Wood Recycling to ensure any waste wood is recycled and reused responsibly.
